This presentation will explore how the Department of Energy's National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) is changing the game of design-build project delivery with its new Energy Systems Integration Facility (ESIF - pronounced e-sif), the next generation home to one of the most efficient data centers in the world, a megawatt scale testing infrastructure, and innovative research and workplace environrments with ultra-low energy goals.

Price Competition for CMAR for Federal Stimulus Projects: A discussion of Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project delivery method with price competition including why this is needed, changes to legal status and new language, the new process and competition basis.
