Bel-Aire Mechanical, an Arizona corporation was formed in September of 1986. Bel-Aire Mechanical is a full service Mechanical, HVAC and Plumbing Contractor. We are the largest privately owned signatory Mechanical/Plumbing Contractor in the State of Arizona. James E. Dinan, President and CEO, and John R. Sapien, Chairman of the Board are actively involved in the daily operations of the company. We take pride in constructing quality projects on time and within budget while exceeding our client's expectations. Our principal corporate office building and expanded pipe, plumbing and sheet metal manufacturing facilities are all state-of-the-art. The entire complex encompasses a 42,000 square foot high bay facility that houses 16,000 square feet of offices, support space and dedicated manufacturing areas with room for future growth.
