Wylie Bearup, PE, PhD, is Street Transportation Director/City Engineer for the City of Phoenix. He joined the City of Phoenix in December 1999 upon retiring from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers after 24 years of service. Wylie also serves as the Industry Co-Chair for the ACE Project Delivery Method Task Force.

Sundt is active in the civil, commercial, military, institutional, educational, residential, hotel, medical, mining, industrial and manufarturing markets of the country but primarily in the Southwestern and Western United States. With offices in Phoenix, Tucson, San Antonio, San Diego and Sacramento, Sundt has an annual volume of approximately $1.0 billion.

President/Managing Director of SmithGroup's Phoenix, Arizona office, member of the firm's Board of Directors - Mike Medici has 25+ years experience in architectural management and design and has been with SmithGroup since 1980, and President since 1989.

President and COO of Sundt Construction, Inc. and member of the Board of Directors of the Sundt Companies and Sundt Construction, Inc. - Dave Crawford is responsible for the acquisition, administration and execution of work.

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is a 100% employee owned electrical contractor that supports its nationwide customer base through nine office locations. Eric Hedlund has been with Sundt Construction for over 23 years and over that time has managed virtually every facet of the construction process. He is currently a Senior Vice Presdient, charged with overseeing the company's Southwest District as well as the newly formed Texas District.

METRO is a non-profit public corporation charged with the construction and operation of all light rail passenger service in Maricopa County, Arizona. METRO recently completed the largest, federally funded light rail starter line in the Country; a twenty mile $1.4B project with an on-time and on-budget delivery.

Kip Edwards is the Vice President of Development and Construction for Banner Health and has over 30 years of experience in the planning, design, construction, management, and operation/maintenance of healthcare facilities. During his career, Kip has had direct responsibility for over 17 million SF of new construction and renovations for medical facilities totaling $7 billion in project expenditures.

Paul Wood has nearly 30 years of industry experience and currently serves as CEO of Faithful + Gould, responsible for all U.S. operations.

Dan Withers is owner and founder of D.L. Withers Construction, an Arizona-based company celebrating its 29th year. With over 35 years in the construction industry, Dan continues to navigate the State's fluctuating economy with resilience and optimism.

Mike Ladino has provided legal advice on complex infrastructure projects around the world for over thirty years. He currently serves as General Counsel to Valley Metro Rail, Inc. (METRO)

Stan Driver is a Senior Vice President of Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. and currently the District Manager for the Southwest District office in Phoenix and just prior he was area manager for rail/transit pursuits. In the position of District Manager he is responsible for the oversight of all operations in the Southwest District office and owner relationships. He has been employed with Kiewit since 1996 and was the project director for the $300 million design-build Pasadena Gold Line project. Stan has over 20 years of construction experience and has proven expertise in planning, management, design assistance and construction of major rail projects.
His background includes management of estimates for pre-construction services, budget and schedule control, quality assurance and control, agency and utility coordination, and systems integration management. Projects in which he has been involved as area manager include: Mid-Jordan Light Rail Extension Design-Build, Draper Light Rail Extension Design-Build both in the Salt Lake City, Utah area, Valley Metro Rail Line Section 1 in Phoenix, Arizona and Amtrak Oceanside Passing Track in Oceanside, California and I-25 Transportation Expansion in Denver, Colorado. His project experience has involved large, complex transit projects where he is responsible for owner relations, planning, scheduling, quality control, on-site construction operations, coordination of subcontractors, hazard analysis and development of the project safety plan, and contract administration. His duties also included coordination and liaison activities with the local community and authorities.

Davey is an Australian, based in the U.S. with a deep expertise in renewable energy and financial matters. He brings an unparalleled depth of experience in the financial markets working with a number of public and private companies and holding numerous executive roles where he was responsible for compliance, business development and fundraising efforts.

Ms. Tauny Woo is the Chief of Engineering and Programs at Luke Air Force Base, AZ. Tauny has 20 years of experience in the facility design and construction industry. Her experience has been in planning, programming, design, and construction of capital projects, and renovations, repair of all types of facilities. Tauny has served in various positions that include overseeing operations and maintenance, safety, procurement, GIS, and utility systems.

Robert "Bo" Calbert is the President of McCarthy Building Companies for the Southwest Region. Bo oversees McCarthy’s construction operations throughout the Southwest, including projects in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah. He plays a crucial role in expanding McCarthy’s presence in both existing and new markets.

Jim has been involved in the HVAC industry for 34 years. His experience includes all types of mechanical construction: industrial, institutional, commercial, mission critical and hospital/healthcare. As President and Chief Executive Officer of Bel-Aire Mechanical his daily duties include corporate administration, corporate marketing, client development, contract administration, design development, senior consulting and preconstruction administration.

Ken Hanna is a Vice President of Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. and currently the Assistant District Manager for the Southwest District office. His is responsible for managing all of Kiewit Infrastructure West Co.’s large transportation and water and wastewater projects in Utah and overseeing owner relations. Ken has more than 28 years of experience in water infrastructure and heavy civil transportation projects. He possesses a wealth of construction management experience, having served in various high-profile positions such as project manager, lead estimator, project engineer, field engineer, project superintendent, structure superintendent, and quality control engineer.
