Gary will discuss Public Private Partnerships* and how they might best be applied to the Tucson and Southern Arizona Market. He will also highlight a few Arizona success stories, such as, Taylor Place ASU, Arizona Fish and Game Building (LEED Platinum), Arizona Department Environmental Quality (ADEQ), Arizona Department of Administration building (ADOA) and talk briefly about ADOT’s PPP efforts to stimulate conversation. Bob will join Gary, to discuss the University of Arizona growth plans and how the new Tucson Modern Streetcar will improve development opportunities between the University and downtown Tucson including new Public-Private opportunities for student housing.
