Description The Rio Salado ecoDistrict Master Plan and Stadium Study demonstrates an extraordinary opportunity for ASU to use its underdeveloped real estate assets to advance a number of stated goals. The most important of these is the creation of long-term economic viability realized through the development of a new built environment emblematic of ASU’s aspirations to lead in sustainable urbanism. Implementation would also advance next generation sports and event marketing strategies and promote district-wide sponsorships that create additional value and enduring commercial partnerships (PPP’s).
