The Discovery Triangle is a 16,000-acre region within the heart of Arizona’s Valley of the Sun. This area encompasses the dense urban areas of downtown Tempe and Phoenix, as well as the expansive outdoors of Papago Park, and offers an amenity-rich environment for businesses and residents. The Discovery Triangle Corporation is a partnership of developers, cities and local businesses whose goal is to create a thriving urban center through an economic redevelopment/reinvestment program.
