Description A discussion of how Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) affect consulting engineering practice. This presentation includes an overview of the progression of PPPs, and the drivers for PPPs - both from the public and the private sector perspectives. It also reviews the financial feasibility, and the PPP structure including where consulting firms fit in the process, and the affects of PPPs on relationships.
