The presentation explores how municipal airports can break the traditional public agency culture and use a more creative approach - Public Private Partnerships (PPPs). Originally presented to airport managers in California, Nevada, and Arizona, the presentation has applicability to other government organizations that have more traditional cultures that also face development challenges.
