Join us this month as we welcome Colin Myer, Managing Director, FMI Capital Advisors, Inc. as he discusses reseach that FMI conducted - P3's "What You Need to Know".  FMI conducted interviews with more than a dozen industry experts including contractors, concessionaires, consultants, owners and lawyers which provided insight on tactical strengths that help contractors and owners implement P3's from both a business and operational standpoint.

Amanda McGennis, Arizona Chapter of the Associated General Contractors will give an update on current Arizona legislation.

Speaker Bio:

Colin Myer is a managing director for FMI Capital Advisors,Inc., FMI Corporation’s In- vestment Banking subsidiary. Colin is located in the Raleigh office where he specializes in project financing in the infrastructure space. His focus is on greenfield infra- structure opportunities such as student housing, court houses, schools and prisons.

Prior to joining FMI, Colin was a senior leader with 42 North, a Boston based private place- ment firm. He has originated and syndicated tax driven leases, secured debt, synthetic leases, like-kind exchanges and subordinated debt transactions for industries ranging from energy to municipalities. Previous to his role at 42 North, Colin was responsible for origination for Koch Industries’ Capital Services group including structuring an early stage toll road investment.

He also spent 15 years originating and syndicating private placements with a special emphasis on tax oriented transactions. His previous experience includes originating and managing trans- actions for CIBC Wood Gundy, Capstar Partners and BancNew England Leasing. During his career, Colin has closed over 100 transactions with a combined asset value in excess of $6 billion. Colin is a cum laude graduate of Middlebury College with a bachelor of arts in Middle Eastern history.
