Wylie will discuss the recently approved City of Phoenix Capital Improvement Program estimated at $3.4 billon dollars.

David will discuss Sky Harbor International Airport projects to include the point of view on qualifications based selection of contractors and how the City deals with the FAA on this issue, current opportunities for GC's, Subcontractors and Designers, an update on the Sky Train IA from Terminal 4 to Terminal 3 and future plans at Sky Harbor (if time permits).
