Description A discussion on the economic stimulus with perspectives from "main street," private developers, performance contracting, higher education, and transportation. A look at potential projects resulting from the economic stimulus including light rail and projects from City of Phoenix, Maricopa County, Northern Arizona University (NAU), University of Arizona (UA), Arizona State University (ASU), and Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT). A discussion on leveraging development engagement in public works, performance contracting including energy savings, the stimulus plan for economic & educational development (SPEED), and the economic impact of university construction projects on the state of Arizona.
