For the Olive View-UCLA Medical Center, the design/construction team engaged with facility engineering staff to develop a highly functional interactive electronic Operations and Maintenance Manual formatted to suit the needs of the engineering staff and to facilitate increased facility reliability.  A key focus item of the owner was the creation of long term operation information.  This was achieved using Bluebeam to create the foundation of O&M information along with two interfaces.  The Primary interface was Bluebeam, with the secondary being the Navisworks model to the Bluebeam system.
