  • The Design Professional's BIM Roadmap for Today and Tomorrow - Michael Jackson, AIA, Vice President, HDR Architecture
  • Forming High Performance Teams - Bruce Cousins, Principal, Studio V Ltd.
  • Developing the BIM Execution Plan - Karie Johnson, AIA, Founder, AEC Transformations LLC
  • Successful BIM Execution - John Moebes, Director of Construction - Crate & Barrel

 

The afternoon will consist of The Team Experience (hands on experience)

  • Develop a roadmap to success
  • Establish metrics for a project
  • Roles and responsibilities of the Team
  • Establish BIM execution strategies in a team environment
  • Means and Methods to measure success

The day will conclude with a panel of experts to answer your questions.
