The afternoon will consist of The Team Experience (hands on experience)
- Develop a roadmap to success
- Establish metrics for a project
- Roles and responsibilities of the Team
- Establish BIM execution strategies in a team environment
- Means and Methods to measure success
The day will conclude with a panel of experts to answer your questions.
