Course Description:

This course will develop personal leadership and team building skills to increase your value to the organization—Developers, Construction Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Construction Professionals from every discipline.

This course will cover more than the construction phase of a project. It will cover preconstruction, budgeting, the design phase, construction processes and commissioning. It will provide the skill sets to manage a project from conception through delivery. Learn how to initiate and close out projects, plan the work, and create and manage schedules. This course will also enhance your estimating and budgeting skills and help you gain a thorough understanding of staffing, communication, quality management and analysis of risk.

The vast body of knowledge about project management will be presented in a logical sequence and easy to understand manner by instructors who are successful in their area of instruction. Participants will learn project management fundamentals through advanced processes and systems in 40 hours of stimulating, interactive presentations and classroom activities. The ACE Project Management Certificate Program (PMCP) is a 40 hour non-credit CEU program or study for the advancement of Project Managers (PM) and aspiring PM’s.
