In this session we look at the make up of what goes in to building a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from the owner's perspective. How to make sure the selection process results in hiring the best firm for the particular project being procured. The last half of the seesion looks at responding to the RFQ from the contractor's perspective and how to make certain they recieve the maximum score possible.
