Course Description:

This special lunch session will take a look at the 2010 Alternative Project Delivery Methods (APDM) legislation, SB 1406.  Hank Traeger, who has authored the majority of the APDM legislation for Arizona, will lead the participants through the changes and new requirements of the SB 1406.  Learn not only what is in the language, but how and why the new language came to be.
