The ACE Project Management Certificate Program (PMCP) is a 40 hour non-credit CEU program of study for the advancement of Project Managers (PM) and aspiring PM’s.

There are no prerequisites to enroll in this program, but basic knowledge about the construction process will be assumed. Participants will be required to have access to a computer, preferably a laptop, which can be brought to class. A certificate of completion will be awarded for successful completion of the course. 4 non-credit CEU’s will also be available for those who attend and successfully complete the 40 hours of instruction.

  • Alternative Project Delivery Methods (APDM) - Instructor - Gary Aller, Director, Alliance for Construction Excellence - This session will include an overview of Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), Design Build (DB) and Job Order Contracting (JOC).
  • Monitoring and Controlling the Project - Kenneth Sullivan, Ph.D., Arizona State University - This session will give attendees an understanding of the importance of the plan-monitor-control cycle is as critical to effective project management as data collection, reporting and anaylsis.
  • Leadership - William Badger, Ph.D., Arizona State University, Retired - This session will present leadership principles and practices and personal leadership skills will be enhanced.
