Infrastructure Ontario (IO) is an arm's length crown corporation decidated to the renewal of the province's hospitals, courthouses, roads, bridges, water systems and other public assets.  As Chairman, Tony Ross guides IO's use of private financing to deliver vital infrastructure with maximum value for money and efficiency.  He will discuss Ontario's use of PPP, its benefits and key lessons learned.
